Whilst not long the course is elevated which means strong winds on most holes. Also many narrow fairways bordered by dense ferns place a premium on straight hitting - difficult in the wind! The compensation is stunning scenery on most holes.

An old fashioned golf course with ditches and swales around the greens. Lots of gorse surrounding the fairways. Not long at all, playing under 6000 yards from the tips.
