The best thing about visiting Pine Lakes country club in Myrtle Beach is the history. Opened in 1927, Pine Lakes was the first course at now golf rich Myrtle Beach. Sports Illustrated was born from a clubhouse meeting there. The golf course is average at best, but is usually in good condition
