Nature rules

Playing this course is an interesting experience, as it is a design that accommodates several different layouts. It is usually set up as a 9-hole course, but there are 8 different 9-hole tracks to choose from, and each has its own scorecard. The tees vary, and the fairways are used differently depending on the layout. This is a new course, but pays homage to the old links of Scotland. There are two double greens and the full 12-hole layout is a tip of the hat to the first Open at Prestwick. Despite its name it is not a links course, but set in a valley surrounded by mountains. I would love to try in all its nine various layouts. The Domaine de Murtoli is about the amazing Corsican nature first and foremost (former French president Sarkozy stays for days or weeks at a time every year). When Ryder Cup star Victor Dubuisson visits he actually spends most of his time fishing, not golfing.
