The longest of the three municipal Troon courses that are right next to Royal Troon. These courses are some of the best value golf I've ever played. No bragging factor, just a good links-parkland hybrid that will give you something to chew on whatever your handicap. They used to be chock full of Scandinavians on the weekends, but after Ryanair stopped those Prestwick routes, it's back to being mostly locals who play them.
