Heathland masterpiece

Les Aisses was purchased by Alfred and Emily Seydoux, who brought in Martin Hawtree to do a redesign. They went to great expense to blow up the cart paths and bring the course back to nature in the style of the classic English heathland courses that we know and love. The result is so lovely, absolutely stunning, one of my very favorite French courses.
Huge property

A huge property with 27 holes. The Red nine - or Rouge - is the best loop with large waste areas guarding most fairways at the par 4s. Lots of water too so you'll do well to avoid touching the ball scoop. Sixth and eighth are great holes. Great condition and worth a punt.

Superbe parcours dans un environnement magnifique et vraiment sauvage. Le tracé est très technique avec des fairways étroits et des greens bien défendus et pentus. Les trous sont variés et bien dessinés, on passe un moment très agréable. L'entretien n'est pas trop soigne pour rester en harmonie avec le décor mais reste très bon.
