I was invited to play here by a friend whose brother is a regular. The welcome was pleasant and positive. Winter rules for trolly wheels were in force and I was offered the loan of Club trolley since I hadn’t got “hedgehogs” on mine. Further good customer care was shown by asking if we would like to order lunch before we went out so that it would be ready when we got back to the clubhouse after 9 holes. The lunch was beautifully prepared and served: excellent value for money. Although recent heavy rains have had an effect on the course it played very well & was very well maintained. Not the most challenging course but ideal for the average club golfer with sufficient hazards to keep the player on his/her toes. Overall impression - a friendly club with excellent facilities & a course which provides for a great game. Thank you for a really good day away from home territory.
