Replete with deer
04.07.2016
This Tom Simpson design isn't the longest, at 6600 yards, but it requires lots of precision with plenty of small, narrow greens. Located an hour south of Paris, the course meanders through forest, replete with deer, with dense trees a prominent hazard.
Considerable Charm

Another classic Tom Simpson design that makes you think of England. Set amidst the glorious Fontainebleau Forest, it's a stunningly beautiful, heathland course that simply oozes class from the first tee to the final green. Blessed with fast-draining sandy soil, it's not too long but has over 100 bunkers and a number of scary carries over dreaded horse. The small and well protected greens put pressure on the short game while the close proximity of mighty oak, beech and pine trees do the same for the long game. After your round, do visit the lovely Art Deco clubhouse.

Best bezoeken in juli-augustus.
Superbe parcours
