Der Old Course in Mandelieu ist ein Parklandkurs in gutem Pflegezustand, jedoch nicht sehr herausfordernd und einprägsam. Vor allem ist das Greenfee viel zu teuer für diesen Golfplatz!

Ungewöhnliches Highlight

Alter Golfplatz mit sehr grossen herrlichen Bäumen, die um die Bahnen wie eine Allee bilden. Eine kleine Fähre bringt einem einmal zum nächsten Loch - ein Highlight. Platz sonst flach und wenig einprägsam.

Campo curato, piatto, non impegnativo. Pochi ostacoli d’acqua. Il GPS è sfalsato rispetto alle buche; recentemente è stato ridisegnato il campo?

One of the oldest courses in continental Europe, from 1891. Very easy to walk, as it's completely flat. The magnificent umbrella pines on holes 1-12 create an awe-inspiring setting and make you feel like each hole is its own universe. The railway line directly behind the first green reminded me of some Scottish courses. Very enjoyable, would play it again at the drop of a hat.

I find so fascinating that this golf course was actually founded by a Russian Duke in 1981 and it is actually one of the oldest golf courses in France. The layout of the course is quite flat and "old" with trees coming on the sides of the fairways. After the first two holes you get on a ferry that takes to the next and then you catch it back for the last I think 5 or 6 holes. Pretty short course but fun. Wonderful club. Great staff
