Mind the Tumulus
14.04.2016
This course rolls around the gently undulating Scorff Valley. Right at the heart of the Breton countryside, this beautifully landscaped course contains a number of fine oaks and horse-chestnut trees in a pleasantly wooded setting. Open enough but testing at times, the course runs clockwise on the way out and anti-clockwise on the way back with the second nine wrapped around the front nine. One unusual hazard to be found here is a tumulus, which is a mound of earth and stones raised over a prehistoric grave. If your ball lands on it, check the local rules before claiming relief!
