This parkland layout presents good scoring opportunities if you're on your game. There's not much trouble and the fairways are fairly generous. The greens roll very true and there are a couple of holes that linger in the memory for a while after your round.

Similar layout to West Byfleet, so nice in that sense, but it's a relatively short course. There are a couple of long par 4s, but if you're on your game you should score well. Good course for the game improver. Quite pricey when you consider what else is around the area.
