Up in the Downs
01.05.2016
A perfectly calm day frequently turns breezy once you've climbed more than 500 feet up to this glorious course perched on top of the Downs. As a reward for putting up with the wind, players are rewarded with some truly spectacular panoramas over the town of Eastbourne, across the Downs and out over the English Channel. Fast draining and mud-free, the course has no need of temporary greens or tee mats. The rough, which is allowed to grow in the summer, provides plenty of definition. On a happier note, there's only one modest 'dew' pond and the bunkers are rather shallow.

Super Aussicht

Ein gepflegter, hügeliger Platz, etwas einfach zu spielen, hat aber abwechslungsreiche witzige Löcher. Die Aussicht ist immer wieder speziell.
