Axe Cliff is a really well maintained golf course and has some spectacular holes on it. It's pretty tight in places and tricky in others, but there's much more of a premium on finding fairways and an accurate iron game. A bit of a walk to the first hole, but well worth it. Favourite hole is 18 across the valley - a really strong hole. Was pretty breezy playing there, so a premium on being able to control your ball is key too. Nice clubhouse and friendly staff.
