This course really provides the impression of playing in the jungle. Starting with a ruins-like Clubhouse to a Par 3 hole with live crocodiles. I prefer the Back Nine as there are more elevated tee shots which provide more spectacular views. All in all the course is very well maintained with rather soft greens which offer great opportunities to go at the flag. Furthermore, consider the altitude as balls fly further up here in Sun City.

Wonderful golf course next to sun city resort. Beautiful holes and Krokodilen on the 13th hole. Fantastic scenery and beautiful animals everywhere. But just be aware of the snakes,... not seen one but the caddy’s say so! 😉
The Lost City GC

The Lost City GC was in better condition than the Gary Player course so don’t miss this beauty if you go to Sun City. Hilly course so a buggy is recommended and get a ”spotter” too. Great to always find the ball!
Fun fantasy

Sun City is a gambling resort with Vegas-style entertainment. In that vein, the Lost City clubhouse is a Disneyesque creation, looking like some kind of stone age Flintstone mansion. The course is something else: a lot of fun in true South African nature. The most memorable hole is the downhill par three toward an island green shaped like Africa, surrounded by a crocodile pit. Yes, it’s a bit over the top. But still fun.
Be aware of crocodiles!

Right next door to the Gary Player Country Club its a great golf course in the heart of Sun City South Africa. I find this course so beautiful and challenging as well. The scenery i think is much more attractive and whats awesome is playing over real croccadile pits. There are many bunkers and the greens can roll really fast. Remember that is this area you’ll be using one less club as the can fly a lot longer, so you don’t finish to long on the greens!
