Once a host of Open qualifying and easy to see why. Not the toughest or longest course ever, but it plays hard and fast. Wind can turn this place into a tough proposition. Beautiful views of Arran dominate the 12th, one of eight par 4s on the back nine. Not the most memorable Scottish course ever, but an enjoyable test. Suited for players of all abilities.
