Ein herausragender und anspruchsvoller Links Course, vor allem bei Wind über 30 km/h mit sensationellem Ausblick auf die Nordsee.

Pilgrimage to Dornoch
A favorite of many connoisseurs of golf course architecture. How can you not feel like you've come to links golfing heaven in this remote part of Scotland that has so much golfing history and such sublime views? Every hole has its own challenge. Would love to be a member, if only I could afford to go to Dornoch several times a year....
They Don't Come Better Than This
This fabulous course is set in a sort of elongated, kidney-shaped bowl into which smart restaurants put vegetables such as broccoli. Instead of broccoli, the lip on the left as you head north on the front nine is covered in gorse. There's just enough width for two parallel fairways and the lip on the right is made up of sand dunes. Beyond the dunes is a gorgeous stretch of sandy beach and then there's the North Sea. Intelligent use has been made of the higher ground on the left of the outward nine to provide delightfully elevated tees. The deep rivetted bunkers add enormously to the aesthetic appeal of this stunning course. The raised greens are another fine feature. One for the bucket list!
