Great location, some two miles from Lytham and St Anne's. It's a golfing haven. While not quite as exciting as the club down the road, it's a fun course and good test. It's a bit of a brute at more than 7000 yards for the average hack, but each of the five par 5s offer birdie chances. Lots of troublesome pot bunkers, as expected for a links, are the biggest defence. The rough isn't particularly terrifying.
