Good value

Public course with a good design. Greens were good but the maintenance in general looks a bit scruffy. Difficult to keep the grounds spic and span as there is low income housing right next door. You might see an empty beer can here and there on a couple of the paths from green to tee on the first nine. Non-golfing walkers cross the course over several paths. If you can live with these standards (that don't really affect the quality of golf offered) it really is one of the best green fee deals in Scotland, especially when combined in one of the local golf passes.
