This is actually somewhat of an older course which was originally 18 holes and then became 27. I find the course layout to be definitely classical with all the trees surrounding the holes and many many doglegs. Be aware of the bunkers on hole 7. The greens are the biggest part of the challenge, so don't be fooled if you see and easy straight putt. Lovely staff at the club house.
East, West, South - all great
This classic woodland course from 1966 was expanded to 27 holes in 2007 by the club's most famous member, Thomas Bjørn. The main course is now the South and West nines. Thomas' East nine are nice holes, but the classic Silkeborg track is one of the very best in Scandinavia with a unique character that must be experienced. Beauty and immaculate conditioning combined.

Genialer Platz mit sehr anspruchsvollen Löchern. Viele Doglegs und einige Löcher mit grosser Höhendifferenz. Sehr gute Greens.
