Island greens and plenty of water

Ronald Fream dreamed up an American version of golf at a resort frequented by Parisians. Buggies are included with the green fee, and they're necessary due to very long walks between greens and tees. Tough course, with some island greens that make most hackers (like me) nervous.

Compulsory buggies are not something of which I normally approve but Le Golf Parc would have been too gruelling a walk and, in any case, the pretty, tree-lined buggy paths are a joy to drive along. Water is never far away on this unique creation that is part golf course and part arboretum. Make no mistake, the course is outstanding that is a pleasure to play but the magnificent specimen trees are every bit as interesting as the holes. It must be truly dazzling in the autumn.

Magnifique parcours avec beaucoup de plans d'eau, un peu technique. Club house très sympa.

Très beau parcours de la région parisienne. Le tracé est vraiment agréable et varié. Il ne faudra pas avoir peur de traverser les obstacles d'eau qui sont très présents sur le parcours. Les greens sont originaux et plutôt redoutables tandis que l'entretien de bonne qualité.
