EXPERT GOLF/Artigo LLC (“Licensor”) shall grant the company (“Licensee”) the non-exclusive right to use its PowerPoint presentation about the rules of golf.
The rights of use are valid for the specified company only, i.e. the presentation may only be shown a) on the companies' (golf club, golf academy, golf association) premises or b) to the companies' members, guests or pupils (including at a location other than its premises).
Using the presentation in any other way, especially downloading any of its content or passing on the access data to third parties, is strictly prohibited.
As part of this agreement, a € 5,000 contractual penalty shall be imposed for any instance of misuse.
The presentation is provided as an online service. The Licensor does not guarantee that the transmission will not be interrupted. Furthermore, the Licensor is also entitled to change the content at any time. Use shall be granted until 31.12.2019 at the latest. The Licensor is entitled to revoke the Licensee’s rights of use at any time, without giving any reason.
