Suburban course in the rolling hills above Oslo/Bærum, in Lommedalen. 18 hole course is quite nice, plenty of ascents, descents and tree-lined fairways. Spacious driving range, nice area for practice putting. Silver Medal winner (Royal Liverpool) Marius Thorp spent his childhood years here. Legend has it that he would stand in the middle of the somewhat scruffy 9-hole course (relatively empty on weekdays) and aim for various greens and flags from a central position. It worked for him...

Bærum GK is a decent golf course. It is fun with its challenging hills and elevated greens. Absolutely a good test for all golfers and a course I would recommend checking out if you're in the neighborhood.
